Dear Hamida,

I have been finishing my end-of-year tasks and realized that I had not written you a thank you note.  I am sorry for the lateness of this email but want you to know how much we appreciated all your help during Islamic History Month at Parliament Library.

We were very pleased to have the seniors group from the Yonge St. Mission join you for the film, When the Moors Ruled Europe. Of course, it created some interesting comments, but at least it got them talking! It was great to be able to hand out your fact sheets on Muslim contributions. I personally gave them to many children who were interested to read up on scientists and mathematicians.

Thank you again for all your work in creating the display and, fact sheets, along with your personal enthusiasm and attention to detail which ensured a successful display. Hope to see you next year.
